Elias Zacpal (born (1943-11-11)November 11, 1943, Elias Medard Zacpal) is a Drezquenian politician who has served as the President of Drezquenia since December 8, 2004. He was elected President following the 2004 Drezquenian Election where Zacpal would win 61% of the votes. He has since had four successful re-elections, including the 2012 and 2016 where he ran unopposed.

Since his inauguration, Drezquenia's average pay has gone up over 140%, the population crisis of 1990 has subsided, and the literacy rate in the nation rose from 62% to 98%. He's been called 'The Best Drezquenian President in History', while Elias Zacpal International Airport and Pržemców-Zacpal Grand Station are name in honor of him, and he is also pictured on the Drezquenian $5 note and the 50 cent coin.
