Heavenfall, officially the Free City of Heavenall, is an island city-state located in the Atlantic Ocean, off the eastern coast of North America. Heavenfall is composed of three cities, officially subcities: Highsea, the Sunken City, and Vilmitan. The country also consists of four wings, four townships, four island preserves, and one special administrative district.
