The Kossmilian monarchy had been overthrown by the Assembly on 3 October 1930 after years of economy mismanagement. A provisional government was created after new constitution was created by the assembly on 6 March 1932, which is led by Nikolai Semyonov as Prime Minister while creating the new constitution there was power vacuum after the Royal Family was exiled, different groups were formed across the nation are now trying to take over cities and regions, it was hard for the army to bring statubliy because it either they were underequip or parts of army defected to different groups or to bandits.
