Makko Oko is a unitary authoritarian socialist nation, with a single unified head of state and government, known as the Emperor. The current Emperor is Conall Solis, who is the nation's very first Emperor, and has been serving since the empire's inception in September of 2019. The capital of Makko Oko is Opposh, which has a population of about 450 million, about 15 percent of the nation's population as of the 2021 census.
Makko Oko, as an island nation, has historically had issues with poverty levels and the strength of the economy, which, during the establishment of the Republic Of Makko Oko, got to the point of a civil war, and led to the current establishment of the Empire Of Makko Oko.
