Mark Romagnoli, Also known under the artistical name of Mark Unread, is a Neo Wolverian-Italian politician, graphic designer, 3D artist, and movie director, currently serving as the President of the Federal Republics States of New Wolvers and Hale's Autonomous Republic and Co-Prince of the Co-Principate of Aterno. Prior to his presidency, he served as the mayor of Pavianova in the state of Yugo, and as an activist for nonhuman rights.

Early life

Mark Romagnoli was born in New Milan, Yugo state, on day February 4th, 1985 to a family of Italian immigrants originating from the city of Pavia, in the north of the EU State of Italy, EURONAT. Born as a werewolf by werewolf parents that are related to the noble Romagnoli family, the former rulers of the city of Rimini along with the Malatesta, Mark grew up in in a middle-poor class family, with his father being a print shop worker and his mother a nurse.

Growing up around printers and ink in his father's printshop, he developed a fondness for books, comics, and mass media, which would lead him to attend the Institute Luigino Cossiga of New Milan, where he would eventually develop political ideologies with his friends and an interest in politics formerly not shown.

During his high school years, he gets to know various other people who would eventually make fame in the movie, music, and art industry, and learn more about the other species living in New Wolvers and their lives.

Feeling loved, and inspired by lots of art he had to study for school, as well as movies he had to watch, he began to become passionate about cinema and animations in general, becoming a scriptwriter for a short movie done with friends of his about a clerk. Along with developing a love for movies in general, however, he became passionate about 3D arts, where he would then start a small-time business on his own.

At age 20, he started to work as a real estate agent, with results that were not the best, being forced to quit the job after a family disaster hits him.

First political activism

Since age 17, Mark would join the Nonhuman Politics Convention of New Wolvers, overseen by the Neo Wolverian Leftovers, and be a major activist into convincing the Neo Wolverian government to declare racism a felony to be punished with various degrees in 2003.

In 2008, he candidates himself as the mayor of Pavianova, a major city of nonhumans and part of the Werewolf Nation of Ilvedom, becoming the youngest mayor in office in the Neo Wolverian administration.

Leadership as President

On day March 1st, 2017, Mark Romagnoli won the seat as President of New Wolvers, signing him as the youngest leader New Wolvers ever had after Yvonne D'Annunzio, president from 1999 to 2004.

The political ideology of Mark Romagnoli is towards liberalism, and so far has done policies that do help both the economy and the society, saving the country from an almost certain default given the old currency still circulating.

After getting into power, he applied policies that effectively made better the sovereignty situation of the country.

The Dissolution Act was the act that allowed the various regions that compose the various states of New Wolvers to have more autonomy: highly promoted by the Trainwreck, another left-winged party, allied of the Neo Wolverian Leftover, the President has accepted willingly the act into his office, and was accepted on day April the 7th, 2018.

In 2019, the President acted with the utmost respect towards the Celaurian Problem, and gave a speech about unity and the importance of a degree of autonomy, promising the next year to update the constitution.

Such Constitutional Update happened during the coronavirus epidemic, bringing more autonomy to the region of Celauria and special recognition as an important region of the nation.

Still, in 2019, he promoted the idea of continental unity and was one of the founders of the Universal Pact, a political entity akin to the former European Union where countries would unite and act as one while still maintaining sovereignty.

Personal Life

Mark Romagnoli is married to Ronnie Blaskowiczova since 2006, after a botched suicide attempt in 2005.

Despite this, Mark Romagnoli is known to be a kind person, always helping the ones in need - be it a nation that needs economic support or the neighbor next door who has to pay the rent but ran out of money. During his youth, he used to tell lots of jokes and puns, and that shaped up his humor and attitude towards situations.
