Dzakakwirira is a district in Rwizikuru, which as of the 2011 census is the third-most populous district in the country, with 2.8 million inhabitants living in the district. It is home to the seventh-largest city of Rwizikuru, Munzwa, which serves as the district seat, and the eighth-largest city, Crogan. It is bordered to the west by Mumbengegwi, to the northwest by Tsungirirai, to the north by Gutaguru, to the east by Sangoguru kumaodzanyemba, to the southeast by Parunoguma, and to the south by Zvakawanda, making it one of only two landlocked districts in Rwizikuru.
