The Novikov Cup (Soravian: Кубок Новікова; Kubok Novikova ) is an association football national knockout cup competition run by the Vinalian Association of Football. The competition is conducted almost exclusively among professional clubs.

Included in the competition are 14 professional clubs in the Superliga (level 1), 14 professional clubs in the [[Vinalia|Super Combine (level 2), and 8 clubs in the United League (level 3), for a total of 36 teams. The first stage features games between the top 8 teams of the United League, which are cut down to 4. In the 2nd round the teams from the Superliga, and Super Combine enter, for a total of 32 teams. A team from the United League would play a maximum of 11 games, while a Superlga or Super Combine would play 9.

The tournament was established in 1980, following warmer relationships between both North and South Vinalia's top league winners. Following the 1983 South Vinalian attempted coup, and subsequent civilian reprisals, the Novikov cup was suspended, and was planned to be disputed in 1987. However the start of the 12 Day war months before the planned cup, suspended the competition until 1990. Following Vinalian reunification, the top Northern Vinalian First League, and the Southern Vinalian Sporting League remained separate. The Vinalian Government suggested to the Vinalian Association of Football, to expand the Novikov Cup to support unification, 4 teams from each league were incorporated into the tournament. In 1997, when both leagues merged into the Vinalian Superliga the cup was expanded to its modern format. Teams from the Superliga have won all iterations of the cup including the pre-merger of the two top Vinalian leagues. The Orlavo Red Stars and the FC Velkarichka are the two top teams having won the tournament 14 and 12 times respectively. FC New Samistopol is the current winner, having defeated the Chervona Coyotes for their 2nd title.
