Saint Monkey has participated in the [[World Hit Festival| Junior World Hit Festival]] once after the 10th Contest held in the Coal Coast, [[StrayaRoos]]. It debuted in this contest, and after the national final for the contest, Carla & The Trees were chosen to partcipate in the contest. Saint Monkey finished 4th place, marking a hopeful start in their JWHF campaign, with 37 points and finishing 1st in the televote.

After the announcement of the return of the JWHF after a long hiatus, SMBS announced interest to participate in it, stating they want to "Pave a way for future musicians." They hosted a national final at the [[Arena Lumineuse]] in [[Saint Monkey City]], which Carla & The Trees won with the song "Ranorangu San Monk" (Rainforest Saint Monkey) and it tells the story of lead singer in the group Carla Perez, and how she found her home. The song was written by Carla Perez, John Hope (The Charge), Bea Chimpina (Yellow Skies!) and Gary Champ (SMBS Music Label). It was composed by John Hope (The Charge), Cal Cappa (Immortal) and Alejandra Francis (The Music for Saint Monkey Music Specialist). There was a music video released on the JWHF channel. It finished 4th with 37 points, winning in the televote with 25 points.
The event was broadcasted on the SMBS 2 channel, as well as its' streaming services. It peaked at ~209,000 viewers in total during the event and averaged at ~178,000.
