Wen Kezhi (问可知; born May 24, 1949) is a Xiaodongese banker and technocrat who is currently serving as the President of the Bank for United Development, being elected for a four year term in 2016 and re-elected by the board of governors in 2020. Wen previously served as the Governor of the National Bank of Xiaodong from 2010 to 2016, as well as having a previous stint as Chairman of the Zhongdong Industrial Bank from 1995 to 2005 and deputy governor of the national bank from 2005 to 2010.

A developmental economist in Xiaodong and Gaullica Wen was known as central bank governor to push for a reduction in interest rates and adopting a looser monetary policy focusing on spurring economic growth rather then inflation reduction. Wen's appointment as president of the BDU was seen in part to shift the organisation to support more ambitious development projects although critics allege that under his tenure the BDU have ignored corruption issues stemming from BDU-financed projects.
