Yang Huxing (Yangite: 氧壶型) is the 22nd Representative of the Kaomeng on the Congress of Yang Councillors. Yang is the official Leader of the Kaomeng Tribe, and has served since 7652. Born to the Huxing Family Line to Jin Huxing and Li Huxing, Yang became the heir to the position of Leader of the Kaomeng after the end of the Huxing Dispute of 7641.

Born in Muhan to the main branch of the Huxing family, he spent much of his life in Gaosheshan, a considerably more rural area than Muhan. Yang lived with a farmer family, in an effort to distance himself from Muhan and the Huxing family. Yang entered the University of Nansheshan researching Yangite Law. Studying economics and law, he graduated with as a Rong Honor. Separated from his family, Yang moved to Muhan and worked as a Professor of Law in the University of Central Muhan for several years. During his tenure, Yang ran as the Mandarin of Muhan, serving as a Coalition of Individualists.
