Yelansty is the third-largest city and largest port in Beleroskov with a population of 3.4 million people. It is located at the mouth the Koskva River on the shore of the Beleroskov Sea. It is considered an important economic, scientific, and tourism centre of Beleroskov and Ausiana. It is the principle base for the Federal Navy.
