Ármin Katona (12 November 1789 – 13 May 1876) was an Aurucolian general during the Sandoric Wars.

When he was a military academy student, he fought with the Domonokians during the Csatarian War where he commanded a company. Afterwards, after graduating as Captain, he fought in the War of the Third Coalition where he distinguished himself further against a Ruzhite regiment during the Battle of Dorholz. Noticed by the Aurucolian East Indiae Company, he was transferred to the Indiae theater to offer his services in the Aurucolian colonies in the Carnatic under Dominik Bálint's Army of the Carnatic. He also became a court favorite to Dharakeshvar II, and authorized him to train his soldiers. After the war, he returned to his homeland to become a delicatessen owner where he promoted Tamil cuisine. He retired and died in Šekoje in 1876, becoming a casualty of the Obradovian Uprising of 1875-77.

During the course of the conflict, he became one of the most prolific commanders in mobility and deception. His efforts in delaying the Lucian advance into the Carnatic played a role in stalling the Lucian colonization of South Indiae. Often serving in the front lines, he garnered the respect of his men and his enemies, earning him the nicknames "Prince Arian" (from his bestowed Tamil name Arian), and "Wolf/Armin of the Carnatic." His modern-day descendants are Csongor Katona, an SOE operative, and Ármin Marcell Katona, an operative for ILESOC.
