Étris Rée Valwa (born, Étris Rée Banzja, 21 May 1979, aged 45, in the town of Etchwée), is the current Queen of Sampouiê, and its dependencies; have been elected to the post on 5 January 2017, after the death of King Perre Gustaf a day before; as well as an economist, historian and author, haven served as the Crown's Minister for Economic Policy from 2008-2017. She is credited for helping the nation recover from the damages caused by the 1980 Recession and stabilizing the nation by finally suppressing the communist insurgency in Sampouiê.

She is considered among the most powerful women of the 21st century and is praised for her liberalization of the Samri economy, suppression of organized crime and the Socialite insurgency. Her reign has seen the largest growth percentage in Sampouiê's economy in the past five decades and betterment of relations with the West and many of the developing countries Abaria. However, Étris has also been criticized for disregarding democratic processes and violating human rights by numerous independent media outlets and human rights organizations.
