The 1842 Invasion of Lekeadia was one of the final Arcadian attempts at reconquering part of their lost Suroikoian territories. Initial Arcadian military victories were quickly unraveled as the 'Youth Campaign', led by Alberto II, eventually resulted in the encirclement of remaining Arcadian forces, and their subsequent mass surrender. No formal peace treaty was signed given the lack of a declaration of war, and most of these soldiers spent the rest of their lives under Carinansian bondage.
