The First Canadian Ministry was the Cabinet of Canada led by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and composed of Ministers of the Crown that governed Canada for part of the 1st Canadian Parliament. The premiership of Justin Trudeau began on February 11, 2020 when King David III invited Trudeau to form the 1st Canadian Ministry.

The original members of the Cabinet were appointed through an Order-in-Council issued by King David III on February 11, 2020. Being the initial Cabinet, the Independent Cabinet conisted of 2 ministers, as well as the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister tendered his resignation to King David III on the morning of February 12, 2020, citing wishes to step back from politics and attend to ceremonial duties as Prince-Consort.
