An indirect presidential election was held in China on 21 March 2015 to elect the president of China. Members of the National Assembly elected the president. Incumbent president and Kuomintang leader Ju Liluen was re-elected as President in a reduced majority from the previous election. Le Kechiang increased his vote share by 6.4%, a result of recent successes of the Communist party in the National Assembly elections held the previous year.

President-elect Ju Liluen was sworn in on 20 May, 2020.
