The 2022 Ghatiraja prime-ministerial election was the 39th quadrennial prime-ministerial election, held on Thursday, March 17, 2022. The Social Democratic ticket of Nadia Villalobos and Sarama Padhya defeated the Federal Conservative ticket of Salvador Gallego and Eduardo A. Ferrero.

The Santero Secessionist Party is the fastest growing party in Ghatiraja seeing an increase of 400% in the amount of votes it got in the election of 2022 compared to the one of 2018.
Their biggest issue on which they campaing is the secession of the region they call Santero and form it into the Federal Dominion of Santero.
