2026 Ordennyan presidential election

The first round of the 2026 Ordennyan presidential election is scheduled to be held on 7 May 2026, with a second round to be held on 21 May 2026 in the event no candidate receives 50% of the popular vote. Incumbent president Johan Olsson is eligible for a second full term.
Electoral system
The President of the Federation of Ordennya is elected to a six-year term under Article 23 of the 1933 Constitution: if no candidate secures an absolute majority (including blank and void ballots) of votes in the first round, a second round is held two weeks later between the two candidates who received the most votes.
To be listed on the first-round ballot, candidates must secure 200 signatures from federal, state, or local elected officials from at least six of the twelve states of Ordennya. According to the Ninth Amendment to the Ordennyan constitution, the president cannot be elected to more than two consecutive terms.
