General elections were held in South Africa on November 3 2034 .[1] They were the first general elections after South Africa became a republic following the 2030 South African referendum and the first election since 2016 to not use an Electoral Collage system The National Party under Dick Cheney won a majority in the House of Assembly. This was also the first election in which voters from West Swayh Prijan were allowed to participate . Heiji Mukai of the Ryukus had been the early front-runner for the Democratic Party's nomination, but he withdrew from the race after only narrowly winning the Natal primary. Current Party Leader Everly Cook, James Smith , Carroll O'Connor and Hansie Brown emerged as the three major candidates in the Democratic primaries, until O'Connor was assassinated. Cook edged out Pro Sarawak War candidate Smith to win the Democratic nomination, sparking numerous pro-war protests. Incumbent Prime Minister Dick Cheney entered the Republican primaries as the front-runner, defeating liberal Ryukus Premier Peping Cojuangco , Former Prime Minister Clifford Vorster (2004 - 2017) , and other candidates to win his party's nomination.

Micronesia 's Democratic former Premier , Julius Malema , ran on the Economic Freedom Fighters ticket, campaigning in favor of racial segregation on the basis of "Province rights while others like Mr Blobby ran under the Extraterrestrials for Human Rights Banner
