Purpose	To remove the power of the King to dissolve the Ducal College To grant the Dukes the legal permission to raise their armies under their own banners To allow the Dukes the power to remove a King should they charge him with Treason and pass a guilty verdict in the College To allow the Dukes more leeway in their administrations
