Purpose
  • To remove the power of the King to dissolve the Ducal College
  • To grant the Dukes the legal permission to raise their armies under their own banners
  • To allow the Dukes the power to remove a King should they charge him with Treason and pass a guilty verdict in the College
  • To allow the Dukes more leeway in their administrations
