Administrative Divisions in West Phoenicia

The Empire of West Phoenicia comprises of 53 city-states and a handful of external islands.
City-states are broken down into ten provinces each, which assist the government in the make up of the country and electoral boundaries.
The Senate and the House of Representatives make up the National government.
The members of the House represent electoral divisions or districts across the Empire. The House of Representatives follows a Multiple non-transferable vote also known as plurality-at-large. It is a non-proportional voting system that elects three representatives from each province within each of the 53 city-state. They serve for a period of 3 years.
There number in total is 1590.
West Phoenician senators are elected under the single transferable vote system of proportional representation. Two Senators are elected from each of the 53 city-state of West Phoenicia. Senators serve for a period of 6 years.
There number in total is 106.
City-States
West Phoenicia has 53 city states. Each city-state has their own unicameral parliament, consisting of 20 sitting members. The members are elected for 3 year terms and are chaired by a Governor.
