The Aemperyan-Sarangolese War or Σζαρανγολισcη Κριεγα(Szarangolisch Kriega) in Aemperyan Standard, was a brief war between the Empire of Aemperya and the Republic of Sarangol. It was ostensibly over the disputed territories on each sides borders, the Volghai minorities settled in Sarangol, and most probably the expansionist policy of the reigning Empress Anasztaziya vaz Valkyr. The conflict while sudden in escalation was notably brief and minimal in damage done to the Sarangol Republic. The conflict led to the complete conquest of the Sarangol Republic and the aftermath being a direct contributing factor to the partition of Evretia between Aemperya and Zaihan following the signing of the Duopolite Pact.
