The Republic of Aishihik (Dän'ke: ᏓᎾ ᏀᎳᏍᎭᏣᎳ ᎠᏍᎭᏱ; Dän ń-Łä̀shä̀jäl Äshèyi), commonly known as Aishihik (Dän'ke: ᎠᏍᎭᏱ; Äshèyi) is a sovereign island country in northern Qanisqineq. Aishihik shares maritime borders with Ursalia to the south and is bounded by the Hyperborean Ocean on all sides. Aishihik is one of the largest islands in the world, at ???,??? km2 (??,??? mi2). Aishihik's population is largely made up of the indegenous Äshèyi, with Asheyi tribes and clans inhabiting most of the boreal forest and coast in the south. Aishihik is also hoem to the Tuniit people, living mostly in the northern tundra.

Despite being one of the largest islands in the world, the country is extremely sparsely populated. The population is divided into two main inhabited regions, the southern coast near the capital of Black Creek and the northeastern Hyperborean Ocean coast. The country is divided into seven counties, Black Creek, Tusáxal, Shuwateen, Hootalinqua, Kwächal, Nitassinan and Ivujivik.
