Anna III (Anna Elisabeth Mari, born 21 September 1966) is the Queen of Camria and the other realms of the Camrian Kingdom.
Anna was born in Luidas to Arthur XVI and Queen Mariette, being their first and only child. She spent the majority of her early life in Castle Rhys, being privately tutored as was tradition. She would take flight from the castle on a number of occasions, and the press dubbed her "the problem princess". Her father acquiesced to her demands to attend public school in 1977. Arthur passed away in 1979, on account of heart failure, and Anna ascended to the throne. She was coronated in February 1980, at 13 years old.
Her early reign was assisted by a regency council. She attended St Peter's College in 1985, where she met Ysteffan Pedr Llyddwig. The two married in 1991, in a publicised ceremony. Their first child and heir apparent, Catren, was born in 1997, followed by Arthur in 2001; both children attended public schools. Anna involved herself in numerous charitable causes during her reign, while generally avoiding political discussions. In 2018, Anna announced that she was considering abdication by 2050.
Anna has been credited with improving the public image of the monarchy, which had been tarnished prior to her ascension. Her national addresses have also been credited with improving public morale during times of crisis.
