The Anti-Piracy Directorate (French: Direction de l'antipiratage), commonly known as the DAP, is the signals intelligence agency of the Republic of Ainin. Part of the Ministry of Public Safety and Civil Defence, it complements the work of the Intelligence and Security Directorate (BRS) in the fields of counter-terrorism and counter-intelligence by monitoring data and communications channels used by potential hostile actors, including telephony networks, computer systems, and the internet.

The Anti-Piracy Directorate, unlike the BRS, is not a law enforcement agency and lacks police powers, but still retains vast authority to engage in warrantless network surveillance and mass data collection. Notwithstanding its mandate as a domestic intelligence agency, the DAP is also known to operate far beyond Ainin's borders and maintains a global presence in in both the physical world and cybersphere.
