The Arabin Department of Justice is a federal executive department of the Arabin government entrusted with the enforcement of federal law. The head of the department is the Attorney General, who reports directly to the President of Arabi. The Attorney General is also a member of the president's Cabinet. The current Attorney General is Edward Hopkins who was sworn in on May 28, 2023.

The Department of Justice was created on May 15, 1839 by President Patrick Owens.
