Army Group Theta was an army group of the Army of the Syaran Republic that was active during Siduri War. It was formed following the invasion of Ruvelka to take part in the invasion of Tennai. It was disbanded in 1935 and reconstituted as Army Groups Lambda and Sigma.

Theta was devoted largely to the Tennaiite Front, consisting of three field armies (6th, 9th, 10th) each composed of four corps. Due to the terrain of northern Tennai, the Army Group was composed primarily of mountain and light infantry. The Army Group coordinated closely with the Syaran Army Air Corps due to the rugged nature of the battlefields on the front. After initial success in crossing the Southern Khastravali Mountains, Theta was halted in the lowlands of the Tennaiite interior, before being forced back to the foothills of the Khastravali by late 1935. The Army Group was then disbanded to accomodate for the increased frontage.
