Bandar Cukobai, known officially as the Principal Federal City of Cukobai is the capital city of Cukobai and arranged as a Federal City. Located on the Northwest Coast of the Barupertama Peninsula, the most populous region of continental Lautania, Bandar Cukobai is the political and cultural heart of the Federation, and is one of the three core economic centers of the nation alongside Belau in the east and Bandar Stepanoh in the south.

In modern times, Bandar Cukobai's primary challenges include rapid urban growth, a public transportation network struggling to keep up with growing demand, traffic congestion, mudslides due to deforestation, as well as flooding, and rising sea levels from climate change.
