Banner County is a county located in the state of Hamilton. As of the 2020 census, the population was 28,828. The county seat is Rotunda.
Geography
Banner is a small county in the northwestern corner of Hamilton. Most of the county is part of the Crumpton National Forest. Banner County is bounded by the Bay of Albion to the northeast, and the border with Pherigo to the west.

Traffic signals
Banner County is noteworthy for having no cycled traffic lights. There are two flashing lights in the city of Rotunda, one at the intersection IR 1 and HA-13, and the other at HA-13 and Campus Road. The second of which does operate as a traffic light from 3-4pm on school days to ease traffic. There is also a roundabout in Sarasota at the intersection of IR 1 and HA 5.
