Benjamín Suárez Gofellan (born 29 August 1991) is a Tegrenese professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Nacional División de Tegrena club Tegrána and the Tegrena national team.
Early life
Suárez was born on 29 August 1991 in Lagúna, Tegrena. His father, Benjamín, played for local side Lagúna and his mother was a high school teacher. Suárez became interested in football from a young age and would often attend his father's matches with his two younger brothers. He has said his father was his inspiration for pursuing a career in football.
