The Republic of Dragonnation is a tiny, socially progressive nation, renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape and complete absence of social welfare. The hard-nosed, hard-working, democratic, devout population of 14 million Dragonnationians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The relatively small government prioritizes Defense, with Spirituality, Law & Order, and Administration also on the agenda, while International Aid and Welfare receive no funds. The average income tax rate is 12.9%.

The strong Dragonnationian economy, worth 715 billion Euros a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Uranium Mining industry, with significant contributions from Automobile Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Arms Manufacturing. Average income is 51,084 Euros, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.7 times as much as the poorest.

Crime is moderate, with the police force struggling against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Dragonnation's national animal is the Blobfish , which can occasionally be seen avoiding garbage in the nation's murky oceans.

Dragonnation is ranked 60,775th in the world and 2,250th in The East Pacific for Highest Drug Use, scoring 84.6 on the Pineapple Fondness Rating.

  1. These are the titles as given in the Constitution of the Republic of Cameroon, Article X. The French version of the song is sometimes called Chant de Ralliement, as in National Anthems of the World; and the English version "O Cameroon, Cradle of Our Forefathers", as in DeLancey and DeLancey 61.
