Brynhilda is an Imerian musician, while earlier known for her joyful songs and mostly Imerian classical music have become quite popular over her later more melancholic songs that often centers about unrequited love, lovers torn apart, and the death of loved ones that still follow the Imerian musical tradition and story structure with a more sorrowful twist.

Early life

As a young lady was Brynhilda taken in to the noble house auf Stjarneude with her mother as servants of the noble house and Brynhilda was given an education at the expense of her employers and especially was her musical education given especial focus as her talents became apparent rather early in her life. It was rumoured that she began a romance with the young heir, Frans auf Stjarneude, quite early as the two was quite close to one another for most of their lives and she was given quite preferential treatment compared to what one would expect from a household servant.

Personal Life

Her romantic connection to Frans auf stjarneude was confirmed in 2018 when the two declared their intent to marry, something that caused a bit of a scandal as while the auf stjraneude house was quite a minor one in terms of political and economic influence was it quite an ancient house. However this marriage was cut short in 2019 when her husband to be was slain in combat as part of military operations carried out against rebels in Izalta when the federation brought that realm to heed. Being childless has she publicly confirmed her intension to not remarry.

Musical career

While her earlier work sold well was it her period past the death of her husband in 2019 that really made her popular in the federation. Her album "A sorrowful tale" was released that tell a story of a young lardin, jens auf Segerheim, that when in service of his lord forms a romantic connection to a fellow squire, Ulv auf Borgebryt. However when the Lord they both serve is invaded from the north is it made clear that Ulv's father is in service of the invading forces and ulv with a few other rides away to fight for their father does Ulv ask Jens to follow him for the sake of their love. However Jens stay true and choses duty over love.

The rest of the album sings of the war and tell tales of great heroism of both sides. However the final song is about Jens and Ulv facing one another on the field and charge at one another with lance and war darts and the album ends with Jens holding Ulv's broken and dying body in his hands.

Following this success did she also release a few albums of moderate success but again received massive success with her forth album that tells the tale of a servant lady that follow a brave lardin out into combat as part of Eröfringstiden into vinland. The songs sings of their budding romance but ends with the lardin dying in the arms of the lady having been taken down by an enemy archer. This album seemed to be most inspired by Brynhildas own experiences and especially the last song that is just a heartfelt goodbye by the loyal lady to the dying man is often theorised to be words that Brynhilda could have said to her own husband.
