Bành Hải Long (born December 17th 1978) is a Phou professional basketball player and professional boxer. He is regarded as one of the greatest boxers of all time. Long has won twelve major world titles, including being the first boxer to win championships in five weight classes; flyweight, featherweight, lightweight, middleweight, and welterweight. He won the first ever Olympic gold medal for Phou at the 2024 Games, defeating Drambenburgian Falko Tischbein in the third round of the middleweight competition.
