Callum MacTavish is the current president of The United Federation of Ruskayn, known for his immense public popularity due to his patriotic stances and the priority he places on Ruskaynian citizens. His popularity also comes from his policies on environmental conservation and devolution of government, as well as his bold stances in the global arena.
MacTavish was born in Kell City, capital of Mournridge hold in 1979. He graduated from the Kell City School of Communications with a BA in both Military Communication and Mass Communication. From there he went on to serve as a Comms Officer in the Marines, where he eventually rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. It was during his time stationed in Greland That he met Isabella Areyas, a Grelendian Biologist, who he ended up marrying in 2006. They had a son, William, in 2007, and adopted a daughter, Laurel, in 2014.
After his time in the military, MacTavish became the Laird of Mournridge, and served until his election as president in 2018. When not working, Callum and Isabella are often seen in the higher establishments of Forgeheim, enjoying meals with politicians, military officers, celebrities, and scientists.
