Cesout Bonhom (b. October 22, 1962) is the incumbent Administrator for International Cooperation and Diplomacy of Quebecshire and is a sitting Member of the Parliament. He has sat in Parliament as an independent member since 2009.

Bonhom was quickly appointed by Lucien LaRochelle and confirmed by the Parliament of Quebecshire to become Administrator for International Cooperation and Diplomacy following the resignation of his predecessor, Arsène Ancel.

Early Life and Career

Bonhom was born to a middle-class family in Franconia, Quebecshire. He was educated in Laurent, far from his hometown. He eventually began a career in consulting before running for Parliament in 2004 and not being able to garner a sufficient amount of votes. He ran again in 2009 and was elected to Parliament as one of the few independents. Bonhom has gained some national coverage, being known as a more outspoken and charismatic member of Parliament, somewhat due his nonpartisan nature.

Administrator for International Cooperation and Diplomacy

In an effort to quickly fill the now vacant position, Lucien LaRochelle chose Bonhom to become Administrator for International Cooperation and Diplomacy in a nonpartisan effort to continue the Quebecshirite agenda on the world stage unmitigated. It is currently up to speculation on what major changes Bonhom may be responsible for.
