Chkalovia (Chkalovic: Чкаловия, tr. Chkaloviya), officially the Republic of Chkalovia (Chkalovic: Республика Чкаловия, tr. Respublika Chkaloviya), is a unitary semi-presidential republic located in insert geographic region. Comprised of number regions, Chkalovia covers over number million square kilometers and has has an estimated population of number million as of 2018. It shares land borders with Velyka to the southwest, Zubrovska to the northwest, unnamed country to the north and unnamed country to the east. Being situated at the historical crossroads of several empires and migration patterns, Chkalovia boasts a diverse history of ethnocultural influences that has helped distinguish it from that of its neighbours in the region. Since the overthrow of the totalitarian socialist regime during the White Revolution in 1990, the nation has transitioned to an unitary semi-presidential republic.
