The Ciudad Potaxie Capital Trolley is a light rail system operating in the Greater Ciudad Potaxie area. The trolley's operator, Capital Area Trolley, Inc. (reporting mark CPTI), is a subsidiary of the Ciudad Potaxie Capital Area Transit System (CTS). The trolley operates as a critical component of the CTS, with connections to and integrated travel tickets with the local bus systems.
The trolley system serves 38 stations, over about 10 miles (16.5 km) of route, using two primary lines (the Red and Orange lines) that operate daily. Some of the stations provide connections to commuter rail systems.
The trolley began service on February 14, 2010, making it the second light rail system in Floptropica. In 2023, the trolley had the highest ridership of any light rail system in Floptropica, with 38,047,300 annual rides, or about 121,600 per weekday as of the second quarter of 2024.
