The Civil Advisor and Enforcement Intelligence Core (Lijiangite: 民事顧問和執法情報核心) is an artificial intelligence unit that is used for the purposes of maintaining Civil Protective Services. It is the largest intelligence unit that is utilized by Civil Protective Services and is mainly used as a planet-wide police system that is subdivided into advisory intelligence cores, called Civil Instruction Computer Core. Within the power structure of Civil Protective Services, the only higher authority on a planet with regards to law enforcement is typically that planet's own Sub-Interstellar Domestic Security Services and the Office of Head Justice.
