Clarke & Miller
Clarke & Miller is a firearms company founded by Lucas Miller and Henry Clarke who were close friends during their period training in Fort Antara, though the two men were from different countries Lucas being Fresian and Henry was Antaran they both found common ground in their interest in firearms as both were credited with the creation of AR-5 (Farquhar–Hill Rifle) during their time deployed at the fort, when both men retired from the military Lucas went to study economics and business while Henry returned to Antara working under the government as a firearms designer, both men would meet again a few years after Lucas graduated with a degree in business, Lucas pitched the idea of a firearms company to Henry as he handled business dealings while Henry helped with designing new weapons for their clients, Henry agreed to this plan and soon the two partners had started their venture in Antara as Henry introduced Lucas to several connections he had in the government where he could pitch deals with the Antaran government in their desperation for a demoestic supply of arms that they could rely on for equipment that was either on par or superior to their Fresian counterpart, the two managed to get a contract from the Antaran government for BAR-2 (Pattern 1914 Enfield) and over the next few years saw an increase in sales after satisfying the Antaran military needs allowing them to regain a reputation within Antara as a reliable and domestic arms company as C&M expanded their production into pistols, machine guns, and automatic weapons.
