The Conservatives (Athonian: Syntiritikos Fatria) officially the Conservative Faction, is a Christian-democratic, conservative, christian right, nationalist centre-right to right-wing party and is one of the two main political parties in the Holy Athonite State. The majority party since 2008, it is the largest in the Civil College, with 247 members, and also the largest in the College of Cardinals with 467 members.

The CF was founded in 1840 by supporters of a conservative Fundamental Law of Holy Athonite State and the Fundamental Rights of Athonites, which had setup the government of the Holy Athonite State and served as it's constitution.

The leader of the CF is Angelo Rossi. He has led the party since 2008 and in 2016 he became Speaker of the Civil College.
