Constitution of Fichmanistan

Article I

Section 1 All legislative powers are vested in the House of Parliament. Section 2 The House of Parliament shall be composed of members chosen every five years, by the people of the electorates. There are 82 electorate constituencies. No person may be a member of the House of Parliament without first; be over the age of 21, have been a citizen of the Kingdom of Fichmanistan for at least five years and have lived in the electorate said person wishes to represent.
