The Constitutional-Democratic Party was a political party operating in the Republic of Venadia for more than a century. It was formed as the Union of Constitutionalists in 1822, and was a leading force in the Venadian Revolution of 1844 which expanded suffrage, and was the leading political force behind the Venadian Constitution of 1847. In 1858, the radical wing of the party split to form the Republican Party while the Union amended their name to Constitutional-Democratic Party.

The CDP dominated Venadian politics in the mid-to-late 19th century, but at the start of the 20th century saw their dominance wane. Following extended general-strikes in 1913, 1914 and 1915, the party agreed to expand suffrage to all adults, and the 1915 election saw the party swept aside in favour of the Republicans, with the CDP gaining a mere 25.2% of the votes. CDP support of the First Ardanian Great War would see their share further reduced. By the 1940s, the CDP was a minor political party just barely represented in parliament, and in 1947 the party decided to formally dissolve.
