The Cult of the Enlightment (Lyrian: ᚢᛓᛚᛁᚢᛙᚢᚴᚢᛚᛐᛧ Uppljómunkúltur) are a large deist religious group originated in Lyrord. Being formed around the principles of analysis and put into order in 1824, it was originally created in an attempt from the State towards converting the secularist principles of Enlightment, however later became popular among philosophers and scientists alike; courtesy of realism's inability to explain the highest functions of the universe. Having been intensely endorsed by the government, it now encompasses the grand majority of the Lyrian population, capping at around XX%, giving it a member base of around 30 million residents. Since 1989 with the formation of the Concordancy, the religion has abandoned it's Episcopal form of governance, instead opting for the largely autonomous Congregational system.
