Davina Joanna Rega (nee Arville), otherwise known as Day Sommerville, is an Vitosian TV writer and producer. She is known for her work in the genres of action, drama, and mystery. She is very well known for creating, producing and writing series such as Faded Dreams and Midnight Game, which garnered critical acclaim.

Biography

Early Life

Sommerville was born and raised in Alcamao, Maydover Island. She is the daughter of the late acting legend, Callum J. Arville, and fashion designer, Antonelle Arville (nee Dosa). After graduating Jassico De Nilo Secondary School in Alcamao, she moved to Gatovita where she attended Saldana College and pursued journalism.

Career Begins

At the age of 24, after working at a newspaper for awhile, she met Alexander Vonnera, a TV producer and mutual friend of Barrett Highmore, an up and coming actor at the time. Vonnera offered to have Sommerville, still known as Davina Arville at the time, write for his new series: Alexandra. One year in, Davina Arville began to go by her now famous stage name, Day Sommerville.
