Deborah Ali-Williams (born December 23, 1967) is the current President of Floptropica, and is currently serving her second term. She is running for a second term in office in the 2024 Floptropican presidential election. She succeeded Raini Rodriguez. Ali-Williams also served in the military during the Badussy War, which took place alongside the Floptropican Revolution against the Da Boyz. The conflict took place almost entirely on Floptropican soil. She also served one term as the Governor of C.V.M., from 2011 to 2014, when she decided not to run for a second term.

Born in Gag Springs, Nickitea, Biden moved with his family to Fort Ranpapi in 1973. She graduated from the FNU - Gag City (then the University of Floptropica - Nickitea) before earning her law degree from Fort Ranpapi University. She was elected to the Ciudad Potaxie City Council in 1983, before leaving in 2002 to join the Badussy War, which she fought in for five years. In 2011, Rodriguez chose Ali-Williams as her running mate, but was replaced with Doja Kat. She is the second-oldest president in Floptropican history, at 56 years old in 2024. Ali-Williams was selected to be the Governor of C.V.M., the most populous province at the time. As a governor, she drafted and led the effort to pass the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act. In 2016, Deborah Ali-Williams announced her campaign to run for president, with Jiafei Dai as her running mate.

As president, Ali-Williams signed the Floptropican Economy Rescue Plan Act (FERPA) in response to the recession caused by Rodriguez's monopolies. She signed bipartisan bills on infrastructure and manufacturing. In June 2020, Ali-Williams proposed the SFERPA, a revision of the Floptropican Economy Rescue Plan Act to combat rising inflation and the recession caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the bill was defeated in Congress, but a milder version, the Post-Pandemic Economy Rescue Plan Act, was passed in January 2021. In foreign policy, Ali-Williams helped improve relations with China, and cut ties with Russia following their invasion of Ukraine. She also imposed sanctions on Russia and authorized civilian and military aid to Ukraine. During the Israel–Hamas war, Ali-Williams did not announce her support for one side, but instead condemned the murdering of innocent civilians and genocide. In May 2023, Ali-Williams announced her candidacy for the All People's Democratic Party nomination in the 2024 Floptropica presidential election.
