Delphius is an ancient city in the northern Tarsan province of Cindrius. It is one of the earliest known cities in the empire, founded by a Latin tribe known as the Delphi, who built it on the ruins of an old Hellionite city. The city's ancient district is one of the oldest still inhabited cities in Pardes. It is divided into five districts; The ancient city, the old city, the new city, the suburb district, and the government quarter. Six prestigious universities make their home in the city as well as over fifty palaces and villas. The city contains a significant military presence with the Delphius Air Legion Base containing a significant portion of aircraft.
