Dimíras Ketséluv (Zán: 的이土 日恩 (possibly)) was an Aprosian revolutionary statesman and the founder of the Aprosian People's Democratic Union and its leader since its foundation until his retirement, a year before his death. Under his dictatorial rule, he set up policies intended to modernize the Aprosian economy, in the form of five-year plans, and to achieve "cultural independence" by initiating the Cultural Revolution. His personal ideology and views are unofficially known as the "Ketseluv Thought".
