Dragonfly (Nylele: Angidina) is partially reusable spacecraft that can carry both crew and cargo into orbit. The design & operation of the spacecraft is overseen by the International Aeronautical Union, an independent agency of the Association of Ozeros Nations though the two primary users of the Dragonfly are the Daobac Space Corporation and United Space Exploration Authority whereas components of the Dragonly were manufactured by the Daobac Space Corporation, Mach Aerospace, Tran Heavy Industries and YAT 250 - Cihuacoatl. The project began in 1975
