The Dugar Belig is a nation located in central part of Caecia, bordering Jinchun to the north and Rakosien to the south. It is currently the fourth-smallest and third-least-populous nation in the world, and the smallest in both aspects outside of Zephynesia. It is governed as a democratic presidential constitutional monarchy.
