Sir Elio Aspen Victor Matthew Somerset KCB MVO CS PC LHC MP (joined 25 September 2022) is the Lord High Chancellor of the Empire of Great Britain, Leader of the Opposition, Shadow Secretary of State for Justice, Leader of the British Royalist Party, Member of Parliament for Exeter, Chancellor of the University of Oxford, Assistant Chief of the General Staff of the British Army, and a Counsellor of State. He is the second-born son of Elizabeth III, Queen of Great Britain and Fourth in the Line of Succession.

They have formerly served as the Secretary of State for Justice, Shadow Secretary of State for the Foreign Office, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Oxford, Deputy Secretary of State for Justice, and Chair of the Joint Parliamentary Committee to Investigate the Need for a New Electoral System. Before becoming the Chancellor of Oxford University, he was the Professor of Law.
